Does anybody have any pictures of their tahoe with a bugshield on it? I am also wondering if anybody has the rear LED light strip that goes above the bumper. Can one of these be mounted on a tahoe?

I had a 99 Denali that I put a painted to match bug shield on and painted the window visors the same color. I liked it. I've got one on my truck now but its black because my truck is graphite. I'm working on getting some pics up this week anyways, I'll keep ya posted.

I was wondering what everybody thought about the bug shield.....I have seen like one Tahoe where I am from with one. The guy was like 70 though. It didn't look wonderful but I thought maybe it was the style he had

I would kill to put an in dash DVD player in my hoe but......MY HOE aka MY WIFE.....doesn't want to lose the steering wheel controls. Is it possible to still use these? Is it possible to use the original panasonic DVD player as a monitor with the aftermarket in dash?

Let's face it, it is really hard to load the original Panasonic DVD player when sitting in the front seat.

I have one... and like it.
I'm not a Shaved / Debaged / de molded type of person though.
Additionally I got it to reduce Rock/chip damage to the front of the hood which was a problem when I lived in the Mojave desert area in California. Id really doesnt prevent anything from hitting the windshied (Bugs etc)

I'll take pics this afternoon.

I actually have the opposite experience of you and have seen very few that do not have one one. But again, I dont live around a bunch of modders...

Hey - I would like to see that as well. I am thinking of getting a bug shield but want to see what it looks like first...front end is getting knicked by stones...not really concerned about bugs!

i got one on mine too, although i'm ready to take it off. i originally got it to prevent rocks denting/scratching the front of the hood, so in that case, it did it's job. don't know how many dents/nicks i would have had without it, so i dont know. i have a Lund that hooks over the front of the hood and had sticky pads to protect the hood. i'll take pics tomorrow and post

I have the hood/rock chip issue as well, especially in the winter when they sand/gravel the icy roads. It's a pain. There's a really good local place that does Clear Car Armor. I think I'm going to do the whole front end including the headlights.
