Bumper and grill swap

I kmow the 99-02 hd chevy trucks grill and bumper fits on my 04 tahoe but does anyone know if the grill and bumper off the 03-06 chevy trucks and or SS trucks fit? I haven't got exact parts numbers or a parts sheet yet of either bit looking at the grill and bumper they look exactly the same as the 99-02 hd's

The only way the 03+ will fit is if you swap the whole front end. Fenders and all.
