Bumper Top

Hey everyone! My Tahoe is one of the few two tones, but my bumper top thing doesn't match the beige on the other lower half of the vehicle. Instead it is the grainy black plastic. Here are the pictures... Is the bumper top something that can be removed and replaced, do I have to get a whole new bumper, or should it just be painted? Thanks for the advice.

The bumper can be separated into 3 parts,
Cap, chrome bumper, valence

That is correct. The bumper cap is black and the lower valence is grey. That is OEM. You can rattle can the lower valence black to match or color match them both or all 3 for an even smoother look.

Thanks for your help! Im thinking about doing the lower valence black, the cap beige and I'll leave the chrome the same.
