Way back in time..... My '88 GMC C2500 had warranty defects......
I had to shop for a dealer that wanted to respond as per warranty. ( You can go to any GM dealer )
The REGIONAL Service rep makes the final "OK", and some of these people seem crocked to me)
Lemon Law..... 1st thing to do...... Have the 'issue' in their writing.... Keep the copy....
Have them 'release' your vehicle, back to you, if it's not FIXED, or they "claim" it's fixed...... When the 'issue' is STILL a problem, now, GM MUST fix it.... as long as it takes. RETURN BACK TO THAT DEALER, WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT..... Force them to re-write the "issue" a SECOND TIME...... Keep a copy....
You are now, under the "Lemon Law requirements".
