Well got this code this morning. It stays, erasing it does not help.
Safely presuming, ECU shuts down electronic ride control.
My front shocks are Dormans magnaride ones. They were not cheap and is it correct to presume, that it's bad shock electronic component? Or, it's something else? I'll try to run warranty on it too.
Thank you

I just replaced the harness connector with the OEM one. Same code stayed. So it's not connector.
I also ran diagnostic on actuator and it shows 2.2V, what is within norm.
And I ran On/Off test on it, and it still shows as functional on scanner.

Lost from here on....

you probably need to use a tech2 to properly diagnose the problem, short to ground could be a broken or pinched, rubbed wire somewhere or even a poor connection at the module or failed module. or anywhere in between. these types of issue's require a scanner to figure it out properly.
if the shock test good and the connector is good then go backwards from there.

On the bright side - message went away yesterday night and didn't appear today during commute.
Seems like replacing shock connector with the original one did it.
