lol, I guess you could call it that. I prefer the term "lazy". After all the auto ride shock, strut, and compressor repairs, I kinda forgot about this. Then the infamous dash crack suddenly came out of nowhere after a vacation through the rough ass roads of NYC and Washington dc.

I order the GM retrofit kit, based on the pictures I saw on the web, it will work for the NNBS as well.... we shall see

I ordered the filler plate from GM as well. Still need to figure out which filter I want. Hope to get around to installing in the next few years

No, i bought the GM one on eBay. I try to stick with OEM when I can. I'm sure the dorman is perfectly fine though, just something inside me that has a hard time with it lol.

$30 shipped on ebay, the dorman was about the same price IIRC

I did the dorman. It fits perfect. Nice addition before polen season for my asthmatic kid.
