@#1tahoe, what made your swap so expensive? I'm getting the complete motor along with harness and computer. Other than the funding, I'd think it should be relatively straight forward, hoping anyway.

All in all mine was cheep. Took me a year to gather the parts. But if I didn't barter for the motor it would have been $1600 for the motor. no I had a place two hours away from me, I had it dyno tuned. 310 rwhp, I was hoping for more but it was just a stock motor with a muffler, no other mods. I wanted to do the trucker cam but couldn't swing it at that time. but the only reason I did the swap was for added towing power and mine had no power on the high way. and when on the high way poor mileage. now over all very happy and mileage is better on the high way and the same in the city as the 5.3 was with noticeably more power.OK, that makes sense. Did black bear do your tune? I'm guessing you would've mailed it to them.
