Camber kit is it necessary ?

My friend just installed McGaughys Spindles & belltech adjustable struts for the 3in drop up front .he got it alignment afterwards.the shop said he can go 1in lower with out any problem with out his alignment.so my question is it necessary to install the belltech camber kit goin for the 4in drop ???

Yup. When I was at 4.25" up front I had to do camber adjusters
