Long story short- 20" factory oem wheels/tires were stolen off my 07 tahoe.

I'm just looking to put 17" or 18" oem wheels/tires back on.

Should 17s or 18s just swap and go? Or are there possible clearance issues (brake caliper, etc)with this wheel combo swap?

Also will just any tpms system work or will only certain part numbers (tpms) work with the tire pressure monitoring system?

Is your Tahoe stock height? If its been lowered with spindles, you will have to grind the lower ball joint stud down for 17's to fit, and even then its a tight fit....if its stock, then yes, 17's will work great :D
