I’m sure this has been posted but I cannot find it. Can someone please recommend a good car cover for a 2017 Tahoe. I’m in Southern California, so don’t need to worry about snow. More about sun exposure and heat. But it will also be on during the rainy season.

Thanks!

This is the cover I use on my 2006 Tahoe. I live in South Florida and it stays covered from June through August. Rainy season and tropical sun. It does get a little dusty under the cover, but the paint comes out just like when I put the cover on and I usually detail the truck before I cover it.

Custom cut to the truck. Mirror pockets. Grommets in the middle to lock or tie the center down and I got the tarp clips (they call them gust guards, hard plastic tension clips) and line in from and back to keep it from flipping the elastic up over the bumpers in windy conditions.

IIRC this is my 3rd or 4th year of using the cover and it still in great shape. There are a few wear points from the wind near the headlights, but overall it is still holding strong from the summer storms here.

Maybe a carport cover? We used a car cover here at the dealership on a S2000 CR for the winter months. It was a bad idea. Any dirt that got caught under the cover or blew up from the ground on windy days scratched and beaten up the paint. Wind would slap the cover and grind the dirt into the paint. We ended up repainting it.
