LmaoYou Da Man,.. go for it ! ,...but surely theres got to be a couple things left that are still better done by hand ,..
But as a detailer, I know buffing as something different than polishing. Which is what the machine does, polish.... not buff... hahaha.Hey Chase, when we were younger that's what they called them, buffers. Harbor Freight has a decent selection of them with good reviews too.
Understandable because you are a detailer but what @swathdiver is saying is, before they used to say polishing we, as a generation, when speaking about washing, waxing and cleaning your cars, would say this (insert vehicle here) needs to be buffed out and would call a ‘polishing machine’ a buffer...as a matter of fact, a D/A sander (‘polishing machine’) was only used for body work until someone decided it would be good for ‘buffing’ or ‘polishing’ a vehicle...But as a detailer, I know buffing as something different than polishing. Its like the girls in cosmetology, they get their panties in a bunch when you say “color” your hair, its technically “dye” lolUnderstandable because you are a detailer but what @swathdiver is saying is, before they used to say polishing we, as a generation, when speaking about washing, waxing and cleaning your cars, would say this (insert vehicle here) needs to be buffed out and would call a ‘polishing machine’ a buffer...as a matter of fact, a D/A sander (‘polishing machine’) was only used for body work until someone decided it would be good for ‘buffing’ or ‘polishing’ a vehicle...
