Super easy if you order a carpet kit molded specifically to our trucks. There is no holes cut in these type of kits so what you will need to do is pull the old carpet, lay it on top of the new carpet, and Mark/Cut the holes out with a Razor. Removing the seats is pretty easy. Just remove the bolts and nuts holding the brackets down, disconnect any power from the clips and remove. Some plastic will need to be removed as well. Like the plastic pieces at the bottom of the door opening, and the areas over the rear wheel wells. Just take your time pulling these off, pull in the area of every clip holding the panel and work your way down the piece. The rear cargo net holder/bolt will also need to be removed for the rear panels to come out. Replace old carpet for the new one and reinstall.
I had the seats and carpet out of my truck in less than 30 mins. You will need Metric Deep sockets and ratchet, Chan locks or something to grip the net holder bolt, Razor to cut the new carpet, and your hands to pull the trim out.
Good Luck
