That’s strange. The only time I have any CarPlay issues wirelessly is when I’m traveling on rurual areas of Iowa that have powerful WiFi networks setup to get internet to those out in the country. In those areas where there’s large antennas the CarPlay connection will crap out and disconnect due to “wifi interference” which is what it shows on the screen.
Haven’t had any issues with how the phone operates once I get home. Must be something odd with the 22’s and the Google built in firmware on those (I’ve got a ‘21).
