2007 ls 4.8 i got a bad cat can i just remove them all no emissions here in fl some one told me without them the truck runs bad what to do?

remove them, no harm at all.
You will get a check engine light, simply saying hey, my cat are bad, but it will not affect performance, if anything it will increase performance.
Get cat simulators to turn off the light, or a tune. which they will simply turn off the reporting of the "bad cat" via the rear O2 sensors.

Pull em get a tune and go with a performance muffler while at it get some more power from taking off restrictive crap
