CB radio install on a 07-14 tahoe?

How's your reception with that antenna? Any SWR issues?

with all honesty is very good I use it for my boat as well

Got the illumination lights on the switches hooked up! Lol. Still trying to decide on a mounting location for the CB antenna. Going to use a hood mount for the interim, until I can custom fab a rear bumper mounting bracket.

Got the CB antenna mounted finally. Had to make a custom 1/8” steel bracket that supports it from underneath the bumper & behind the tail light. I’m pleased with the final result. Now to run the 18’ coax.

Do you have any extra pictures on how you did your mount? I'm wanting to do this very thing but this is the first that I have found of it being done. What products did you use for this install?
