Changing Mirrors? plug and play?

Are they?..Say I have the regular mirrors..no turn signal, no puddle light, just the heated function.
If I was to buy a set that had power fold, and puddle are they plug and play? I know I would have to buy the driver switch with the fold button, but is that plug and play was well?..
Here is the passenger side switch that made me notice the two other plugs. It seems a certain color means different options.

To my knowledge , it is a plug and play but u would need to get your computer reflashed

I bought the switch use d on e bay and it worked no flashing needed
I think if you buy at dealer then u need flash
