Very nice. I am going to do this to my GTO. I hate my garage door openers.

Got them on ebay. About 2 weeks from china. If you order them they do need a resistor in line for the led. They sell them with or without the resistor. And have all differant colors. Searched "normally open switch" and they popped up. Thanks for the positive feedback.

We install those at my job as well. I found that the tan is too tan and the gray is too gray to match the neutral headliner color. They do work well in many applications.

Yes. 90% of the time the color is close enough. When it isn't, I use SEM paint to dye them the correct color.

Turned out great! BTW, what did you install this into, a Tahoe? My '07 Suburban LT has the garage door openers/Homelink from the factory. Your's didn't, huh?
