Check engine light- running lean

So my check engine light came on, and I took it to Auto Zone to run the codes. It came back with 2 codes running lean. I cleaned my air filter on my Volant CAI, but the check engine light is still on. I think maybe the MAF needs to be cleaned but not sure what to use on it. Any recommendations??? Any other things I should check as well? I would hate to bring it to my mechanic and spend the money!!!!

Ddi you just install the volant? If so I had the EXACT same problem.

Yes Both Banks are running lean.

Ok after further inspection I cleaned the MAF and tightened the CAI to the throttle body it was a little loose. The check engine light is still on, will it go off or do I need to get it reset?????

Did you ever find a solution? I have the same problem with my k&n. I cleaned the MAF but to no avail.
