Buried.... yup..... ( not anything like my old '88 Sierra :))......

The YT video shows it isn't too ....bad..... I might go ahead and buy a replacement bottle to have in stand-by...... You never know.....

im pretty sure I did my ex's 04 burb from underneath because I had replaced the tank that was broken in a accident and after I had put it all back in discovered a pump was also cracked and leaking and so I just did the pump from underneath without having to do the whole process all over again.

Well, I will pull back the plastic wheel well and see if I can get to the bottom pump. ( That's the leaking pump).

Then go from there.... ( photo).... I can see it from bottom, don't know if I can get to it, but with fender exposed, maybe it's not as buried as it is now.

ya I think if you remove the clips and any bolts and pull the splash shield back or off it gives just enough room to do it, I think it will drop an inch or so if the top bolt is removed, if you have some long curved pliers you can just grab the pump and wiggle it up and it will slide out of the rubber fitting.

bought a set of 3 pliers at harbor freight like 10-15 years ago, cheap but they work very well for situations just like this
