I Was Wondering If There Is Anyone In NYC With A Mechanic Shop That Specializes In Diagnostics And Repairs Of Chevy And GMC Trucks? When I Say "Specializes In" I Mean A Shop That Pretty Much Knows Everything About And Can Repair Just About Anything On Your Truck. I'm Very Selective About Who I Let Touch My Vehicles And Thought Knowledge Of Any Specialty Shops Would Be Helpful. I'm Still Fairly New To The Chevy/GMC Family And Don't Know Anyone Who Works Primarily On Them. If Anyone Can Point Me In The Direction I'd Greatly Appreciate It. what issues are you experiencing? i know many local shops 15 mins over the gwb in jersey that work on everything. alot of the issues with these trucks are common and most places could fix it
These are pretty run of the mill vehicles, there is a ton of them running around. Parts are easily accessed and just about any technician in the professional world has probably worked on one at some point or another. Any shop worth a salt should be able to repair most things on them. I would look around and see which shops seem to be busy/been in business for a long time and go check them out.
