Child seats in front seat?

That's why the air bags can be turned off in a pickup truck. But it's not a pickup so they don't give you that option. I would also assume his son doesn't weigh enough but combined with the weight of the car seat it might. My wife's purse can sometimes weigh enough on the passenger seat to make the truck think the seat belt needs to be fastened. ;-)

On a side note where do you think he would set if you had a single cab truck? if the font seat is your only option I don't see the problem with him riding up there

Most states are explicit about 12-14yr old before riding in the front seat
