We just bought a 2008 Yukon Hybrid that has a cig blue bluetooth system installed. There was no user's manual in the car but we found one online and figured out how to pair our phones with the system. Here is the problem: We can place a call from the car and the person we called can hear us (so apparently the microphone works fine) however, we cannot hear the audio through the speakers in the car when the other person talks. We have tried turning up the volume with both the knob on the navi screen as well as the volume control on the steering wheel. The system also mutes the radio when the call is made like it should, we just can't hear any voices from the speakers. Very frustrated. I hope someone might have some insight.
