Cleaning instruments panel and I infotainment screen

Quick question, what does everyone use to clean the instrument panel and infotainment screen. I am assuming it is some sort of plastic and don't want to screw it up.

i use damp microfibre towels to clean all interior surfaces. Warm water… no soaps or cleaners.
