cleaning powder coated rims

A few weeks back I threw on the stock Tahoe rims I had laying around had them powder coated matte black textured finish,what is the best way to clean powder coated rims? I found this on a different forum http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/detailing/250842-cleaning-black-powdercoated-wheels.html just not sure what the best way to clean and keep them looking good, thanks for the help/advice

i would think any decent wheel cleaner will be just fine as long as the coat job was using good products.
