Google search shows GMP Automotive in Apex, NC may be a solid option. They have a very high 4.9 rating on Google reviews, and from the looks of it, could likely handle digging into your engine and fixing it rather than dumping $$$$ on a whole new engine. I believe you mentioned earlier that your 6.2 has mileage near 50k, so you've definitely got an engine worth fixing versus replacing depending upon the diagnosis. I would give them a call. Express your urgency and see when they could let you bring it in.

clicking noise started recently, possibly after an oil change. Checked oil-looks full. Speeds up with throttle increase. Any ideas?
Check engine light came on today.
Take it to dealer. 6.2L engine can have catastrophic failure. Mine did after 28k, going 70mph on highway !
