Looks awesome. I did mine about a year and a half ago. Done several other trucks since, including Mike (TahoeWhat). I know what you mean about the series wiring on the stock bulbs. Its confusing as hell!! All the 00-02 AC controls are like that, so are the 03-06 controls with the sliders. Also all overhead rear AC controls are wired like that too. Keep that in mind when you go to do your overhead AC controls.
Please tell me you have the polarity chart for the rear hvac controls for a 2000 2006 Tahoe/suburban? I cant find a chart anywhere online showing me which side i need to put positive and which side I need negative

I do not, but if you have a multimeter, it's not difficult to find. It's been YEARS since I've worked on one of these panels, and moved twice over the years so I have lost or misplaced the notes I made about stuff like this. I honestly think my wife threw it all away thinking it was trash. Hmmm.
