Holy cow that’s a lot of work in the first couple weeks of ownership! But you’re pretty much bullet proofing it so you’ll know it won’t leave you stranded anywhere!! Nice looking rig! How many miles on it?

Little update, been busy with work. Transmission build went great, it's tuned but just the transmission. I didn't want to spend the time tuning the engine when I have a all these engine parts ready to install. I did change my mind on a cam, I went with a Sloppy Stage 2 because it's a well proven cam in the 6.0 that runs great N/A and loves boost too! I went this route on a racing buddy's suggestion. I put a lot of miles on the truck as my daily. 200+ per day. I did put the drop kit on yesterday and ended up putting the 1" spacer on the rear to level the truck back out. I have subs and work tools in the back so it was lower in the rear and I'm not into the cali squat! I don't know when Ill have time to install the heads/cam/headers, work has been crazy with these high natural gas prices so we will be bowed up the rest of the year it looks like!

Little update, work slowed down so I did want to spend any extra money on anything crazy until the Holidays were over. I did drop the heads off to be sent off and CNC ported, upgraded stainless 2.02/1.58 valves installed with my supplied springs and they will also do the rocker arm trunion upgrade too. I did grab a set of 22" polished tbss reps with 285/45r22 tires off the local market place. My coworker we hired used to build dirt track engines and work and a engine shop so he still has the hook up on parts so after talking to him, we will probably pull the compete engine and complexly freshen it up, pistons, rings, bearings and we might bore it to fit ls3 pistons or go with a 30 over piston. That is still to be discussed. Here is a dirty picture of the truck after the wheels where installed. I also cleaned it up tonight but it was getting late so the lighting wasn't the greatest. The antenna is for my 4g cell phone booster.

It’s been on the back burner, working non stop all year. I need to replace some stuff in the front cap soon and I’ll plan on freaking up the bottom end when I get ready to put the heads on.
