Thx guys. Good input. Still not sure which direction to go. A few conflicting ideas making this not as easy as color matching the grill which was 100% in favor.

No way the lower air dam is better on they just need to match

I do think the best combo is gonna end up having a painted bumper though

That would be the only way to keep it on but it wasn't one of the choices ;)

I'd like to see the chrome bumpers PTM ideally.......

So you guys think color match the front chrome bumper. Leave the valance black. The air dam can stay or go (not sold yet on how it looks), but if stays on then it remains black like the valance? I know they appear different colors for some reason in the photos, but can work on that as needed.

What about the rear chrome bumper? Does that stay chrome or color match? Then the only chrome at that point will be the Esky roof rack.

Thx guys your input.

This is my old Tahoe with the lower valance color matched and with the lower air dam still black. I know it's not the same color as yours but give you somewhat of a idea. If I didn't total it future plans were to paint the chrome middle white get a z71 valance and paint it black and then mount the lower air dam to it and leave it black as well

Thx for that picture NS. Was hoping you would chime in with that killer NBS. Love that truck. RIP. Gives a good perspective to consider, which was one of my first ideas...at least to start.

Thanks for the kind words.

And my rear bumper was also still chrome. Left it that way to match the chrome on the front bumper. But was also eventually going to vinyl wrap it white once the color matching started

The PTM valance in blue could really set off the front end with the dark color, while leaving the chrome bumpers for the time being and maybe black air dam. I did some searching and not many trucks did it the way you did. Most PTM the chrome bumper and left the valance black and the air damn was 50/50 split. Hmmm.....

This. For now. See how you like it. You could always do the bumpers down the road. NS's old hoe looked good with that paint scheme.

Thx OHSIXX. You had good input with the last PTM parts. I also like the way NS's front paint scheme came out. The paint arrives tomorrow, so Thursday the parts go to the painters.
