Column to B&M floor ratchet shifter conversion

Since I was installing my new FLT trans, I decided to pull the stock shifter and install a B&M ratchet shifter in the console. I hate column shifters. I also removed my custom screen I mounted in the center console and fabbed up a plate for my trans temp gauge and button to retain my Tow/Haul mode, then turned the cassette opening into a cubbyhole/pocket.
