So it's been a long ride. In a few weeks my truck will be passing the 200,000 mark. What am I looking at into a tune up? I'm thinking of flushing the entire system. Plugs and wires were put in a few thousand miles ago. Distributor cap is cracked where the bolt holds it down, does it need to be replaced? Fan has been making more noise than usual. I need to make this truck feel young again, I need the power back!

flush your truck fluids. replace the cap and rotor. If your fan is getting louder it is usually because it is seeing more heat in the radiator. So double flush it and replace thermostat.
