Common rust issue everyone needs to check for!

My Hillbilly resealing didn't hold well. Version 2 is using ziptape. That is actually holding really well and I think keep it sealed well over time. I am thinking I can spray undercoating over it to complete the sealing.

What's ziptape?

Ziptape is a super sticky tape used for installation of windows and doors to seal the door frame. It seems to last a long time.
