Are you guys talking about the spring loaded cover for the cigarettte and power output ports? If so, I would love to know where those are found?

No the non spring loaded. Dealer had them $11.

stick a cig lighter in there from another car if you dont use it - just to cover the hole.

The part is less then $5 why not just fix it?
