Converting rear drum to Disc 96 Tahoe 4dr

Been looking into possibly converting my Tahoe rear drum to Disc brakes. All the conversion kits I see out there do not advertise to work with 96 4dr. Any done this conversion? what did you use for donor parts, or kit that worked, etc? I know the master cylinder, proportioning valve, etc have to be changed as well. Not sure if this has an effect on the ABS module or not and speed sensors for ABS. Any clues would be appreciated.

SSBC makes kit for it to replace any 2 or 4 dr hoe. The kit purchased depends on the oem drum size installed at factory. Being a 4dr you should have 11in drums. That would be the a126-4 kit.
