Hey guys, i was wondering if someone could possibly shed some light on a problem im having with my tahoe. its has the 350 if it makes a difference. It is leaking coolant and I believe it is from the circled line in the pic.

That is the quick release fitting on the front of the intake (Vortecs) ... common problem really, be thankful you don't have a 95, it was in the rear and a ***** to get to.

perfect, thank you! Yeah, I had a 99 jimmy before this and it seemed that EVERYTHING on the engine was in the back ;-)

Thanks again

I've never seen a coolant line like that. Looks like a refrigerant line. So putting a nipple, hose and clamp was too simple for GM? Had to make it more complicated??

Doesn't make sense to me either, they could have put a quick release on the return and it would have made more sense but no ...
