Cooper Discoverer H/T - Feedback

Just picked up a set of 265-70R17 Cooper Discoverer H/T's at the local Dobb's. Paid $620 and expecting a $75 rebate Visa.
Two questions...
Did I buy a good all around tire and did I get a good price sans rebate?

$155 / Tire... good deal to me! Cooper makes a good tire IMHO. Rebate is nice too

i have the same tires from dobbs but they won't make
it through this winter. treads are worn down so i will put
factory wheels & tires back on the tires are pretty new when

i got the truck.
