Alright here is what was done today at my shop. I fitted and adjusted the hood and latch so the gaps are perfect, and she closes perfectly. Straightened out the front bumper brackets and fabed up a couple gussets so the front end has the ability to take down small cows without buckling. 
Had to cut off the front portion/support of the bumper bracket (to be welded back on higher up) along with machining two ½ thick aluminum spacers for the top of the bracket in order to bring the bumper up closer to the grill for a cleaner look. Tomorrow I will final fit the new bumper and grill, Cut the HD hood for the Yukon head lights, and hopefully begin body work on them all.

This is what was done today, Shaved the rear wiper, and started the body work. Started the body work on the HD hood, and the front bracket got finished welded. Also started taking apart the seats to start changing the seat covers over to black. Moving along, Moving along!

wow i just read all 20 pages of this thread and it had me hooked more than any movie or book ever could...couldnt wait to see what u did next. keep up the excellent work man!! Im in Boca too so I cant wait to see this thing rolling down the street. Any time u need any help with heavy lifting let me know, not very technical but i listen well!
