Alright here is where I am right now. Front monitor, cup holder section and rear monitor section are all ready for primer. I coated the MDF in liquid resin and it was absorbed into the MDF which leaves a perfectly paintable surface after sanding. I'm now dipping into getting the CD/DVD changer mocked up. The DVD changer will get a framed opening like the monitors, and sanded into match the compartment. Once it’s done it will get primed and painted. Some issues arose when I started thinking hard about cover the console pieces with leather. The front two pieces are going to be very difficult to cover with leather. So I will be painting them a flat black color to match the match the gauge cluster surround. The rest of the console will get leather….
The pictures should tell the story....

Thanks guys, moving along, moving along...
Next week the truck comes to my shop for some body work.
Fitting the HD Hood, Replacing the front end I f'd up, and welding up the hole for the rear wiper, then paint. There I have the room to begin to put the carpet in, Front seats, and then finish up the amp rack/enclosure.
By the end of this weekend I'm hoping to have both rear trim panels in a layer of fiberglass, and figuring out the placement of the 2 JL audio W6v2's.
