Thanks Guys, That’s a Putco Grill insert I decided to make it a grill replacement. There are some areas on both sides where the mounting holes used to be, once black it won't be noticeable. If it bothers me, I might just make a C and B badge to mount in those spots.

Here is where I am now. Grill has been finished other then the paint. I tacked all the edges down with epoxy and then came back over it with some Tiger hair fiberglass to lock her in. Now she's not going ANYWHERE, and is rock solid. I would have thought being an insert it might have a little give, but nope. All thats left for the grill now is primer and black paint.

Here is where I am now, Back of the grill and the piece that goes above the grill have been painted. I also didn't like the sanded texture of the yellow primer so I gave the hood a shot of High end boat primer and now she sanded out to as smooth as a baby's butt.
