It does, Actually I did it only on the exterior panel, b/c I didn't know how far my boxes of dynamat would go, and I did the doors first. But I am going to do the interior panel with the dynamat I have left. It will def. help reduce the road noise.

how much speaker wire did you use in your install? I got my dnx 9140 in and have my focals coming this week. just need to order my speaker wire you think 125 feet would be enough to do from under second row amp rack to focals components up front and in rear doors and 2 diamond audio d6 10s right behind the seat?

You could get away with 100' if the amps are under the rear seat and have plenty for the small sections leading from the crossovers to the components. Of course you should be running larger gauge wire to the subs, so about 15' of that to give yourself some slack should you need to slide the box from one side or the other for large cargo. Thats the way I would do it.
I ran nearly 200' due the the 8 speaker setup, and the amps will be above the rear wheel well.

I was planning on running 12 ga for the speakers and 10 ga for the subs.

Just excited for all the parts to show so i can get it all put together.
