Correct ISS part number

Hey guys I'm lookin to replace my upper steering shaft but I've come across two diff part number and they're both suppose to be the "new revised" part, now were there two revisions here it's confusing me but here they are maybe you guys can shed light on what's goin on

First #19153614
Second # 19329330

Next the bearing should be changed also correct????

Now I've found a green one but not the white one and part #905-512 dorman
