Correcting Camber After Lift?

I appreciate the long detailed response. I definitely learned a lot.
However, I just remembered I was having this same issue before I had the kit installed. I had the stock keys cranked up a bit and I started noticing the tops of the tires were kicked out. By a bit I mean maybe 1". Even after having it aligned regularly they still had the issue with a completely stock suspension at the time. Does that change your diagnosis?

Problem is, alignment service is expensive. I couldn't afford to try everybody in town so you are in a bad position having already tried 2-different places.

I just had my truck on the align rack yesterday after replacing the tie-Rod assy's
If you were to patron a similar "off road & performance" branded establishment you may or may not have better results. No doubt someone possessing this highly specialized experience will have a better knowledge & understanding.

I brought this up with the bus owner yesterday and his response was "success with trial & error, learned practices based on volume of these modifications they have come through" and Eric (alignment man) "is a trooper"

Google doesn't have any info to contribute? I will look around & see what other people are saying

I am sorry I didn't think of it when I was conversing yesterday. You should call 214-499-6639 and ask for Jeff, leave a message for him to call you back if unavailable since the deskperson cannot help you with this info. When you talk to him say that you have the older tahoe with leveling TB keys & you would like to know what they do for the extra camber adjustment involved since you have been to so many places without success. Also ask if they use the factory spec values & if not, what is done differently.

I just talked to a friend who has a fairly mild torsion bar lift on his Silverado and he said basically what you are saying. To find an offroad specialist shop and he recommended the one he's always gone to.

Okay I'll try Jeff too. Who does this Jeff work for? I'll let you know what I find.

Owner/operator of that LoneStar Tire & Wheel. He was up there 2-hours late on Sat waiting for Eric to finish alignments; supposed to close @ 5:00 but I didn't get out of there until nearly 7:00. Not bad for cust service out of Dallas. They do strictly o/r tire, wheel & lift kits like a 1-stop shop.

I've been there 3-times in a year and Jeff was always on site. I pass by everyday coming home from work and all of their bays stay full; pretty impressive for a mom&pop tire shop
