I have a corsa sport on our Denali and its awesome! Highly recommend, they are spendy but every once in a while you can get lucky like I did and find the setup relatively cheap (won't tell you how much I got mine for off of Ebay from a dealership ($350 shipped) because you will probably hate me afterwards! lol) Bought it about 5 years ago and it still is going strong!

$350 shipped? Damn that's a steal I thought the $800 was a killer deal usually 1k plus, and sound clip of yours?

I have a Corsa Touring Exhaust on my 6.0L Denali paired with OBX Long Tube Headers (200 cell cats), Airaid intake, Jegs Underdrive Pulley kit and it sounds great! I had the Sport version of the Corsa, and it was way too loud. Think, NASCAR-loud, haha.
