So at first I thought this might be a loose flywheel, but after further inspection the noise is coming from the transmission pan. Do y'all think it could be a bad pump or no? I don't know much on transmissions so any help on what to expect or things I could check would be appreciated

Very strange noise. Does the transmission work okay? Did that noise just start? Have you owned the truck for awhile?
I don't think that's a transmission pump, those using will whine if they are starved for oil. But could still be something internal to the transmission.
At some point I think I heard something that could be catalytic converters rattling (?)

The video sound...... A rattling heat shield somewhere? The noise seems like a thin metal? ( A flywheel noise would sound 'heavier'? )....

I did not listen till now. IMO, does not sound like heat shield but does sound like metal skipping. You said noise is from transmission. Should record under truck and have another person rev the truck. Could easily be in the torque converter area/flexplate area. Like @strutaeng asked, does it drive ok and does it make the noise when accel while driving or just sitting still?
Along with the suggestions above, maybe a starter that isn't retracting all the way.

The transmission works ok, it has been making this noise when I let off the gas for a few months, I've had the truck for maybe 6 months now. She has 230k on the dash, I checked everything that could rattle and nothing, I definitely heard it from the transmission, it sounded like it was right behind the pan
I don't hear anything when I am driving, I heard it once when I was in reverse, but other than that I only hear it when I'm sitting still after I rev it to 2k and let off gas
You need a stethoscope to pinpoint exact location.
