Figured I would try to share a few things I have done to start giving back as they say. I am new and only had both my Tahoes for a month or so and have taken way more from the forum that I have given.
First I added the Airraid Jr MIT kit with dry filter. I love how it cleans up the engine bay so much from that huge complicated factory intake tube. You have seen a hundred photos of them so no need to specifically take one of it on mine but just say I love it.
I also got an Autocal from Jenna and folks at Black Bear Performance. Definitely a huge difference in driving experience. I love the sport mode in the transmission tune and the 91+ ecm tune made a big difference as well. I only just installed the tune and have been trying to run through the gas that was in the truck at the time and fill again with 93 before I log again to get the fine tune adjustments. I am pretty sureninwill be getting a Magnacharger shortly but wanted to get the drop installed and pick wheels first (already have the beltech 1-2/3-4 drop from Norcal as waiting to install).
And lastly I added a catch can. I have the new redesigned valve cover on the way. But put a catch can on in the meantime from Bobs Autosports. I have seen a lot of relatively scientific tests done on catch cans and his tend to outperform most others. So that's what I did. I was between that and a Billet Technologies with the clear see thru bottom. I have had theirs before and it worked great on my Jeep Grand Cherokee srt8 with custom cam and vortech supercharger. I went with the one for a Challenger. He has a universal model but thought the mount in that kit would work for what I had in mind. It ended up working perfectly. I did have to use a little adapter piece of 3/8 fuel line stuffed inside the 1/2 fuel line to hook to the plastic 3/8 line on the hoe. The brass barb fittings on the catch can are 1/2. I got the can in white to match the truck. But he has a number of other colors and carbon fiber patterns to choose from. It has a valve on the bottom to drain the can. It is a single lever ball valve and much nicer than the 't' style where the fluid comes out the middle of the body of the drain right where your fingers are. I should have taken a pic of it.
Here are a couple.
