Cowl hood

So my hood took a hit this morning from a 6' ice missile that fell from a 200' radio tower. Landed right on the front fender and hood. I watched it happen from a window. So it got me thinking of replacing the hood with a cowl hood. I saw there was potential for a functional cowl hood group buy that never happened. Has anyone installed one on their NNBS?

Hmm interesting. Ive only seen the Cervinis and a ZL1 style hood.

Yeah I'm not sure if I would like the ZL1 hood. I've only seen the two tone so maybe in all black it would look good.

If it's for a nnbs tahoe, the only hood that I thought would look good is by rksport. http://www.rksport.com/product-p/rk-234.htm

I actually bought this hood a few years ago but returned it because I decided to use the money to upgrade my stereo. I think I got it for around $550 back then.

Yea I like that it's functional and adds a little more aggressive look while still looking mostly stock.
