We have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe premier edition and it has developed a crack in the headlight. Contacted the dealer and they agreed that there is no damage to the vehicle or rock chips that could have caused the crack on the back of the headlight. GM refuses to replace it under factory 3yr/36,000 mile warranty because it “does not create a safety concern”. Any ideas how to proceed to get GM to replace an obviously defective part???
I think you're fighting a lost cause. I would pay for the repair.

Wait what…one cracked headlight made you come to that conclusion? :D That’s a stretch. I think something impacted it like was mentioned anyway.
