Ok then sounds like you have replaced everything else. I would do the pump and filter then

I had a 95z-71 and I had a driver in the computer go. I replaced computer and it worked perfectly and started

Do you know what size the cam is? I Did the same as you and put a drag motor in my truck and it wouldn't idle good so I changed the cam. I had a bunch of small problems that I had to solve also like you
