SOLVED ******
Corrosion on the negative battery terminal was the culprit. Thanks all

Turn up volume
Above should be video of an attempt to start.
2005 Tahoe 5.3L 2WD

Symptoms:
Cranking but not starting (see vid)
No response from the key fob
Cannot lock door(s) with armrest button
Weird dash response when cranking (see vid)
No gauge response with key on (see vid)

History:
New battery within last 6 months
New lock cylinder last 6 months
Almost full gas tank
Checked most (I think) relative fuses. Will check them all (lights, horn, hvac, etc) when the rain stops.

I’m 40 miles from town and hope I can resolve this without a tow. When the rain stops I will check ground connections.

I’d appreciate your input. Thanks

Not enough in the video to see only your volt gauge looks like 8 or 9 volts when you tried to start it.Are you sure your battery isnt dead

take battery cables off, clean them up real good with a wire brush or sandpaper (even if they look ok)
re-attach and hopefully you will be good to go
symptoms are classic bad connection issue. or battery is dead as noted above
