I have heard of this happening, it sounds like I have a gallon of water sloshing around in my roof after a heavy rain, also my rear headliner gets wet. Where is the leak coming from? My truck is under warrenty but I would rather not have to take it in unless I have to. Thanks in advance for the help.

yeah, if its under warranty then just go, because the longer you put it off the worse its going to get, specially because its summer, that means mold and mildew building up and that's not very safe to be breathing

I would run to the dealership to get warranty work!!
You could possibly get scrwed if not.
I think the leak can be allowing water from either the roff rack side rail openings an/or the Onstar antennaw opening, go up there and inspect.
