Crossmember fix

I’ve got a 03 2wd Tahoe and After replacing every single front end part including both hubs and control arm bushings I’m down to trying the washer trick and will report back In the near future

I've removed and replaced the front cross member and the bolts tightened down great so I'm not sure if it's rare or a different one they're talking about.

I took my truck to the dealer over a year ago for this issue. They removed the crossmember bolts, cleaned the surface, and installed washers. It has gradually started to have the same problem again, so I think the first step would be to get under the truck and tighten the **** out of the cross member bolts first to see if that solves the problem.
